It is with heavy hearts and a mixture of bittersweet emotions, we learn that after an incredible 28-year journey, Kate and Heidi have decided to close the doors of the Firebrand Delicatessen. We're sure this decision wasn't made lightly, and we want to express our gratitude, support, and love, for their dedication to our community over the years.
The Firebrand's time on Main Street has been a journey filled with delicious sandwiches, heartfelt conversations, and countless memories. The Firebrand has been more than just a deli; it has been a place of community, a hub for good food, and a gathering spot for locals, college students, and visitors alike.
We want to take this moment to thank Kate & Heidi for being a such a big part of this incredible community. The Firebrand has been a labor of love, and its loyal customers have made it a truly special place. The Firebrand will remain open until October 21st, so stop in before Saturday to wish Kate & Heidi well in their next chapter. Have one more delicious sandwich and use up those gift cards!
